Founded in 1532 by Master Cutler Dumas, the 32 Dumas brand is a symbol of French cutlery and gastronomy. The oldest French brand of cutlery, it is still located and manufactured in Thiers, France.

This 20cm / 8" Carving knife with a straight blade and angled tip, inspired by the Basque shape called Yatagan, is perfectly poised for cutting all types of meat including beef and poultry. The tip and blade offer excellent penetration and provide a precise, clean cut without tearing the meat fibres.

Fully forged blade, bolster and tang using Hi-carbon nitrogen enriched stainless steel. Each knife offer precised cutting, perfect balance and unmatched durability.
