Made from black steel, this tray is perfect for optimum heat transmission ideal for baking cakes, tarts, pastry, pizzas and roasting. Does not stain the bottom of cakes or baked goods.

The micro-roughened surface creates an air-mattress between the tray and the food. Highly resistant to long-lasting temperature changes making it perfect for cooking at high temperatures. Recommended for all types of wet and dry doughs as well as roasting.

Temperature range from +15°C to +340°C
