This silicone pastry mat allows pastry to be rolled onto a worktop without needing to dust with flour. Markings indicate the size required for your pastry moulds (12, 16, 20, 24, 28 & 32cm Ø) as well as ruler guides on the sides in both centimeters and inches.
The mat can also be used in the oven, microwave or freezer. Suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C - +260°C. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
