Compatible with the Scaritech Polyproyelene Rectangular Containers. 

The dual-position lid allows the control of the fermentation process as well as ensuring freshness. 

Position 1: Upright. Optimises fermentation allowing for air circulation and perfect dough rising.

Position 2: Down. Extends freshness by providing an air-tight seal that protects from drying out.
